The Ukraine September Offensives, an After Action Review

It’s been a crazy month. On 31 August I very cautiously suggested that the Ukrainian attacks are meant to disrupt and destabilize Russian operations. Some readers thought I was nuts for saying this, and let me know in the comments. Looking back, I was right, but also wrong. We need to remember that the battles happening in Ukraine right now are one small piece of the big picture, and not even the most important piece.

Siege Mentality, Total War and Ursula von der Leyen

It’s been a while since I have posted here. I feel that blogging is futile for me. No one cares, no one will listen. It’s discouraging. The [western] world is ready for another Bucha because this world needs to see Russians as cruel creatures who only “look like Europeans, but are not” ©. Another tiny step further, and they will gladly state that Russians are not humans.

I am being fact checked

A Russian disinformation expert from a “Russian-Ukraine Disinformation Tracking Center” is reviewing the site for, ahem, disinformation. It’s been an interesting and cordial conversation so far, with some important points made. That’s why I decided to share it here for anyone else who might have the same questions. In the name of free speech I won’t disclose the name of the disinformation expert or the fact checking organization.

The Ukraine is a “long” war and that’s not good for us

The Ukraine is a "long" war and that's not good for us

The “new” war in Ukraine has been a non-stop toy commercial. It’s not enough for corporate news outlets to simply say Russia is losing and Ukraine is winning, every success story has to be tied to a product. Drones, missiles, starlink satellites, and more. It’s like four months of saying it’s good to give cocaine and cigarettes to babies. Sure, the tobacco industry is willing to lie about the supposed benefits of their products, surely the weapons industry wouldn’t do that, right?
