The Real Story of Ksenia Karelina’s Arrest

Most western news outlets are painting a false story of what happened. For example, the CNN story I just read claims that Ksenia travelled to Russia to visit her elderly grandparents, and fails to mention that she was initially arrested for hooliganism. The article also states:

But Van Heerden said his girlfriend was “so proud to be Russian,” and that she never spoke about Russia’s two-year invasion of Ukraine – “she doesn’t watch the news, she doesn’t intervene with anything,” he said.

For some reason, CNN decided to run with this photo:

And not this one:

So the claim that she isn’t political is a clearly a lie, as she has been photographed attending protests – and again – there’s that hooliganism charge.

Aside from the hooliganism charge, another pesky detail CNN fails to mention is which Ukrainian “charity” Ksenia donated to. It was Razom. This is the very first thing you see on the Razom website:

Drones and military IFAK kits. Yes, drones and IFAKs have theoretical civilian purposes, but Razom explicitly states that these are intended to be supplied to soldiers for military purposes.

So Ksenia has directly assisted an enemy force. The treason charge is valid.
