  1. Sexist jokes and memes are not humorous, they are just plain discriminating. Mothers are noble and deserve respect because they bear babies for nine months, enduring pain and sickness, then emerge greatly weakened and aged by hardship during pregnancy. Therefore, mothers earn the respect of others and their children’s love. If you have any love towards your own mother, you will understand this. As for why we should help pregnant women, the answer is the same as why we help the elderly – because they are physically weak and are in need of help from others. Everyone with a conscience should know that.
