North Dakota farmer Kurt Groszhans spent his Thanksgiving in a Ukrainian prison cell. He’s accused of plotting to assassinate Roman Leshchenko, the minister of agriculture. Groszhans allegedly wanted revenge against Leshchenko for embezzling $250,000 from him in 2018. Guilty or not, one would think that an American citizen trying to assassinate a foreign official would be a major news story. No stories on CNN and no indignant tweets from Secretary of State Antony Blinken. Imagine if Groszhans was arrested in Russia, Belarus, China, or Iran.

Jewish author Alice Sepold made a vast fortune for herself by falsely accusing a black man of rape. Anthony Broadwater, a former U.S. Marine, spent 16 years in prison and had to register as a sex offender. Only this week, 40 years after she first falsely accused him, Broadwater finally cleared his name and was exonerated by the New York Supreme Court. Despite lying and repeatedly contradicting herself, no one is willing to publicly state the obvious, so I will. Alice Sepold is a liar and she should have kept her kinky rape fantasy to herself.

The American conservative movement is intellectually bankrupt and hasn’t produced anything new or interesting for decades. All they can do is cling to ancient Cold War propaganda and racist stereotypes. When they’re not being triggered by Dr. Seuss or Starbucks cups, they’re complaining that Wikipedia is too neutral. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and is supposed to be neutral. If you want a racist fantasy novel, pick up a Tom Clancy book. Yes, American liberals are guilty of cancel culture, but it is important to remember that conservatives invented cancel culture (McCarthy, anyone?). Even now, conservatives love cancelling any idea that scares them and aren’t even aware of their own hypocrisy. Both movements are equally guilty. Conservatives and liberals are sitting in the same guard tower in the same concentration camp.
