Dear Conservatives, I Hate You
Why do you keep falling for stupid bait? Just stop it.
Last week I discussed a corporation announcing they were going to “ban” (discontinue) some old books. What did conservatives do? They screamed about communists taking away all our racist out-of-print children’s books, and then promptly rushed to buy more books… from that same corporation. Dr. Seuss books are now nine out of ten of the top best sellers on Amazon.
Dear Conservatives, I hate you.
A corporation has every right to choose not to continue printing a book. There are thousands upon thousands of books that went out of print ages ago, but I don’t see any conservatives whining about that. Now to be fair, there are real cases (just not this one) of corporations abusing their power to establish monopolies and manipulate human society for profit. But that’s not communism. That is literally fascism. Yes, I wrote about this concept too.
Conservatives are so dumb, they’ll fall for this trick over and over again indefinitely, so every corporation on the planet is scrambling to collect. Now Hasbro has announced they’re releasing a woke version of Monopoly. Woke Monopoly is a really stupid idea, especially since Monopoly is a transparent parody of capitalism to begin with. But in actuality, this is a brilliant idea.
You see, Monopoly has so thoroughly saturated the market, it’s probably tough to even sell anymore. Everyone who wants to play Monopoly already has it. I’m pretty sure there are more Monopoly games than there are Americans. But Hasbro has found a solution! They announced Woke Monopoly, and now conservatives will all rush to buy all the classic Monopoly sets out of an irrational fear that evil communist CEOs are going to take away our precious Dustbowl Era board game.
What about Woke Monopoly? Will anyone buy it? Honestly, a few people might, but not many. Liberals are even more stupid than conservatives, and don’t know how to play a board game. If a group of liberals even tried to play Monopoly, they would probably get triggered by the shoe because it’s racist or something.
