Identity politics are a Trojan Horse that enables the western political establishment to seize power.
Consider some major events in the news this week.
A little over a week ago, Tucker Carlson noted how there is a widespread media effort to arm and radicalize trans people – and of course, liberal commentators universally condemned him as bigoted.
Of course he proved to be absolutely right, since not long after, a transgender terrorist attacked a Christian school in Nashville. Even after this incident, before the bodies were buried, corporate news outlets continued fear mongering. Consider this Reuters article, Trans Tennesseans face backlash after school shooting.
Even before the shooting, many transgender Tennesseans felt villainized by their state’s efforts to regulate the lives of gay and trans people, and were increasingly fearful for their safety.
“This isn’t a trans issue, this is a gun issue,” said Mykul Coscia, a drag king at Nashville’s Play Dance Bar, an LGTBQ nightclub. “But they’re gonna make it a trans issue.”
So not only do liberals not feel remorse for their advocacy for fear and violence leading to exactly that, they doubled down on it.
Now consider the plight of New York resident Douglass Mackey, who faces up to ten years in prison for sharing this meme on Twitter:
The crime he has been charged with is “election interference,” which is absurd and everyone knows it’s absurd. His meme is clearly a joke that no one fell for. His actual crime was making fun of the Democratic party.
Now consider the news from February that the Department of the Army will continue separating soldiers who refused the experimental COVID vaccinations, even though the requirement to do so has been reversed by Congress and no longer on the books. This is despite the fact that the Army is facing the worst recruiting shortage in history. Why kick out healthy, competent troops when it is known that it will be difficult or perhaps in some cases impossible to adequately replace them? Of course the answer is obvious. The vaccine mandate was never about public safety or force readiness. It was a loyalty test. Soldiers who can’t override their personal ethics and misgivings about an injection can’t be trusted later down the road – like, for example, implementing martial law. So from the perspective of the liberal regime, it is better to kick those guys out now.
Remember that this has already been done to police forces around the country. Democrats spent years demoralizing police, causing tens of thousands of them to retire early. Now, Biden’s budget includes vastly increased funding to hire new officers. This isn’t an accident, it was a calculated move to purge police of disloyalty.
Those are examples of domestic policy, how about foreign policy? Remember the riots in Georgia, which I wrote about last month? Think about how that started. In July of 2021, there was a pride parade in Tbilisi which was violently attacked by social conservatives. It was all over the news and universally condemned by western outlets. See, the Georgians made a crucial mistake. They believed they could be allies of the west and retain their autonomy and culture. They were wrong, and by the time they started to realize their mistake, it was already too late. The violent crash at Tbilisi Pride in 2021 was the tipping point when western woke cultural influence boiled over and into the open, bringing it into direct conflict with Georgian values. But, of course, western influences had already won. And that victory became all too obvious in March 2023, when Georgia couldn’t even pass an extremely mild foreign agents bill – and they were punished for it with almost a week of riots.
It’s ironic, for years, Russia was painted as Georgia’s enemy, but in reality, the real enemy was the globalist blob in Washington.
American domestic policy and foreign policy are entwined, and it is very important to understand this.
Conservatives talk about the “slippery slope” – that if you give liberals an inch they’ll take a mile. Give them gay marriage one day, they’ll demand gender transition for toddlers the next day. They’re sort of right, but I think they miss the point, and here’s why. When it comes to civil liberties, there are certain ideas that reasonable people can usually agree on. For example, a person should be entitled to all legal and social rights as a citizen regardless of his race or religious background.
The problem is that liberal globalists aren’t looking for reasonable common ground. What they’re looking for is a loyalty test. A reasonable statement, like “black and white people are equal” or “Christians and Muslims should be treated the same” isn’t useful as a loyalty test because the vast majority of people would agree and testing them this way serves no useful purpose. This is why, I think, the liberal left in America suddenly got absurd around 2014-15. This is why they started aggressively pushing transgender issues, and related topics like Drag Queen story time. It’s a hot button topic that is divisive enough that many people will genuinely and vehemently disagree – and that’s where the loyalty test kicks in.
I’ll share a personal story from 2017, when I was in the Army and the new transgender policy was being introduced. One of our JAG (judge advocate general) officers had to read the order to everyone in the unit and answer questions about it. The mood was very tense and more than a few people were quite vocal about how angry this made them. Even at the time I thought that was a little unfair, the guy didn’t write the order, he was just the messenger. Today, I imagine that most or all of those angry people have left the Army… and that was the point! It was a loyalty test. Pretend the Emperor has clothes, and if you don’t like it, leave. If you choose to stay, but don’t acknowledge the Emperor’s clothes, well, suffer the consequences and be forced out.
Consider JK Rowling, one of the most popular authors who ever lived, and spent decades fully onboard with progressive ideas – even going so far as trying to retroactively make her own characters gay or black. But, as a middle aged woman past the age when a person is usually able to accept radically different ideas that contradict everything she was raised to believe, she couldn’t get on board with the whole transgender thing. And for this crime, she became Public Enemy #1. A bad, nasty TERF. The worst person who ever lived. Even worse than Hitler (who wasn’t that bad, he was an anti-Soviet crusader, after all).
This is what I imagine probably happened in Tbilisi. The young, trendy and rebellious people took up the mantle of LGBTQA+ and eventually pushed aside their close-minded elders. Those young rebels were the ones went on to assault the capitol last month.
If you’re still unsure what you mean by a loyalty test, consider this scenario, and it doesn’t actually matter which country it happens in. Maybe an African American civil rights leader, or a pro-West dissident in Belarus or Iran. He’s a guy in his 40s or 50s, the perfect age to be a senior and respected person in his movement. He’s fully onboard with all the key issues of the organization. He agrees that the police are corrupt bastards, the crooked politicians need to be kicked out, and there needs to be new laws protecting the people from bigotry and discrimination. But… he doesn’t quite like the idea of drag queens and transgender intersectionality. It’s outside his mental universe and he can’t be made to ever agree with it. He isn’t the type of person to keep quiet, he loudly and repeatedly expresses his dislike of transgender issues and that they don’t belong in the movement. And really, he’s right. What does transgenderism have to do with rights for African Americans, or political reform in Georgia? Absolutely nothing, but that’s the point. It’s a loyalty test. The stubborn old guy is cancelled, silenced, and ostracized. And in the long run, that’s a good thing. If he wasn’t forced out early, he would have caused problems for the movement later. It’s a purge that’s so effective it always works unless there’s draconian and organized pushback fast enough to prevent wokism from gaining too much traction.
After every remotely free-thinking person has been purged, there are only two types of followers left. The zealots who will parrot any narrative no matter how bogus it is, and everyone else who, out of timidity, keeps quiet even when they know the narrative is stupid and they don’t actually agree with it. That’s why, especially during the COVID years, we saw a rapidly growing number of liberals feverishly looking for every social cue they need to repeat. Wear masks. Take the jab. Drag queens good. Of course, this is the perfect “us versus them” mindset to condition the public to accept a war with the bad Russians, and perhaps the Chinese next.

It’s a good post, and as I told you, I see western political thought both immature and cruel, while it’s promoted as advanced and superior.
I think you are right about the loyalty test, but what I also notice, especially in Europe, is that left wokeness begets far right sentiments aggravated by poor economic performance in the EU. It’s typical for that region to fight decadence and crisis with far right ideas. Been there, seen that.
The contradictions continue to mount. How can the Empire maintain its grip if real men refuse to serve?
Then again, maybe the Empire doesn’t need a lot of people in the armed forces. An intersectional feminist can pilot a drone just as well as a good ol’ boy, and ‘they’ don’t need to be in shape either. All they need to be told is those dudes hiding out in a cave in the Ozarks are literally committing trans-genocide with their memes.

What else happened at that time? The failure of Occupy Wall Street, leading to the rise of the Bernie Bros. The Globalists knew idpol was the best way to divide the left, and not long after they unleashed it they cut Sanders’ balls off.

Honestly it does sound like you got a point there, this all being, to a large extent, intended to function as “we say jump, you say “how high?”” tests. Not all of it (for example, just the other day I read a very well reasoned take on how one of the functions the Covid-justified shutdowns and lockouts served was to start curtailing global international travel because it ceased to serve the benefits of the powers-that-be that took those measures and started disadvantaging them instead), but certainly one of them. And the most nonsensical woke things like gender madness and transitioning children definitely feel like they have this sort of use intended for them – they carry no other “constructive” meaning, nothing else can be “built” with them. All it creates is a climate unlivable to any but swamp creatures, because it is designed to make a system of swamp creatures by forcing the others out.
I just wonder whether this is all intended to create some sort of hardcore “oathsworn wing” of zealots prizing loyalty to their leadership above all else to enact something violent or otherwise majorly disruptive, or if it’s just a running method of weeding out potential challengers to the current rule from any sort of position of power or influence.
I do know that this sort of zealotry creation can be subverted and destroyed… but only if there’s an environment where security services aren’t themselves being purged of potential discontented members. That’s how the far-right nazi-fetishizing groups were dismantled in Russia over the 2000s and 2010s – despite them getting the same kind of “”international”” support and funding as the ones that rose unchecked and directly helped subvert the Ukraine had. The very niche-famous “E” directorate (for “extremism”) ran a great interservice campaign for systematically seeding the entire far-right with informants and moles, and then either dismantling them by deliberately fomented internal discord that shook apart the radical groups, or provoking them into some nonlethal criminal act that nevertheless got them exposed and arrested. A big part of it was verifying which of the groups or their members were simply copycats trying to seem cool and edgy and which were the real nutcases, including by staging such “loyalty tests”, and then destroying the groups which proved real or simply arresting the ideologues of those that were just posers. In that way the “zealously loyal” elements were themselves effectively purged of their subversive potential and forced far out of scope. (Ironically, the Banderite takeover in the Ukraine helped with it – it drained quite a lot of the Russian-citizen nazi-fetishizers out to itself as a “land of victorious nazi revolution” and helped recycle them into fertilizer for the Donbass steppe.) One of my best mates in high school was something of a juvenile soccer hooligan, so I could hear and see some of that process unfolding through his perspective. The results rather speak for themselves – the nazi-style far right is effectively exorcised and exists only in the form of town crazies and survivors trying to mimicry themselves into something else, such as religious patriots or something of the sort.
