Summer Adventures of a Dog in Moscow

It has been 30+ in Moscow all week. On Sunday Maria and I took Spazz out for a long walk.

We stopped for food and drinks at a little store outside the local amusement park. It was there I learned that the word for water (вода) is almost the same as the word for cotton candy (вата — cotton). This resulted in some confusion when I, expecting a bottle of water, got cotton candy.

This took a few minutes to clear up, but buying water turned out to be a good decision because Spazz got too hot and sat down. He liked the water but still didn’t want to walk so I carried him the rest of the way.

when we got home, Maria put a wet towel on Spazz, which he seemed to enjoy.
